5. Diet, Nutrition, lifestyle, Fitness + Well Being

7. Core Issues – This is about the life experiences that we are not aware of, that we are holding onto.
8. Negative Patterns: Universal frequency
9. Relaxation: Hopi and Aromatherapy
10. Rainbow Journey: Visual perception and colour therapy and colour diets
11.  Family Patterns: Or- Kids, Amino Acid Codes and past influences.
12.  HET Eco Therapy & HET Pets. This is about learning in a way to achieve finding projects to enjoy & motivate.
